Palm Computing Platform: Development Kit
Want to write your own Palm Computing Platform applications?
After receiving magnitudes of email questions from people asking how to
get started with development for the Palm Computing Platform - I got to
the point where it was time to document how one can install
PRC-Tools
(the free GNU type toolkit) for use within the Microsoft Windows
environment.
A NEW VERSION OF PRC-TOOLS IS AVAILABLE!
Installation instructions (although need work) are available at the
following website address. It is recommended that if you are a first
time user - you should install prc-tools 2.2 instead of prc-tools 2.0

Many links on these pages are "out of date" - please dont complain :)
These pages were created to help you, not me - my environment is working
perfectly :P.
